Nissay MIRAIQA × AUBA "MIRAIQA Region Canvas"
Background of Program Launch
In recent years, various regional issues have become apparent across Japan due to declining birthrates and an aging population, including support for childcare, education, healthcare and welfare, and the maintenance of local communities.
On the other hand, there are increasing cases where startups and entrepreneurs rooted in local communities are tackling these issues using technology and new service models. However, for many startups, "social implementation" and "expansion to other regions" beyond demonstration and commercialization pose significant hurdles.
Furthermore, even if regional issues appear different, they often share common underlying structures. Solutions developed in one region may hold the potential to solve regional issues nationwide.
Nissay MIRAIQA, with its motto "Spinning the future from questions that care for individuals," has created businesses and services that address the challenges of individuals and society.
This program aims to give shape to questions and solutions born from regions through co-creation with startups, entrepreneurs, and researchers who are tackling regional issues, and to lead them to social implementation.
