[Yamanashi Prefecture x eiicon] Commissioned to Operate 'CINOVA YAMANASHI' Startup Support Center. Supporting Growth of Startups and Local Companies through Diverse Events and Multi-Agency Collaboration!

eiicon inc. (Headquarters: Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Ayuko Nakamura), which operates Japan's largest open innovation platform 'AUBA', has been commissioned by Yamanashi Prefecture to operate the 'Startup Support Center (CINOVA YAMANASHI)' for this fiscal year. Following the facility's opening in November last year, eiicon will continue to partner with Phonet (Headquarters: Kofu City, Yamanashi; Representative: Eiichi Shimizu) to promote open innovation in Yamanashi under a consortium structure.

### About CINOVA YAMANASHI Opened in November 2025, CINOVA YAMANASHI is a facility where diverse players such as startups, corporations, local governments, universities, and financial institutions from both inside and outside Yamanashi gather to create new value together. Beyond simple business support, it aims to become a hub for local networks, forming a community essential for business development in Yamanashi.

### Facility Features The center provides environments for various needs, including co-working spaces, event spaces, a cafe, streaming booths, a shared kitchen, a maker space, and private offices.

### FY2026 Initiatives To support knowledge acquisition and network building, the center will host: - **CINOVA Seminar**: Provides practical know-how for business advancement. - **CINOVA Startup Meetup**: Theme-based networking events. - **CINOVA Community Meetup**: Aimed at strengthening relationships among community members.
