Traditionally, in quotation and order operations, sales representatives typically create quotations in Excel, obtain approval through an internal workflow, and then manually input the approved content into "Sho Bugyo Cloud." This process is prone to information transcription errors and poses a significant burden of input effort for both sales and accounting departments.

"CollaboFlow for Sho Bugyo" is an integration option developed to resolve these challenges. It seamlessly connects internal processes from quotation creation to order receipt, including document initiation, application, approval, and registration, thereby achieving efficient quotation and order reporting operations.

* **Master Data Reference during Quotation Creation:** When creating quotations, users can refer to customer master data and product management master data from "Sho Bugyo Cloud." This enables quick creation of accurate quotations based on the latest information set in "Sho Bugyo Cloud." * **Outputting Custom Format Documents:** By creating quotations and order forms on CollaboFlow, customers can output quotations and order forms in their own unique formats as PDFs. * **One-Click Order Report Creation:** Upon receiving an order, data from previously submitted quotations can be reused to create an order report with a single click, significantly reducing input effort. * **Automatic Integration of Order and Sales Slips:** After the approval (final decision) of an order report is completed, the data is automatically linked to "Sho Bugyo Cloud" as order slip and sales slip data.
