Collabo Style Launches "Enterprise Plan" for Large and Medium-Sized Enterprises in its Cloud Workflow System "Collabo Flow"

Collabo Style Inc. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; President & CEO: Yosuke Matsumoto; hereinafter "Collabo Style"), which operates under the philosophy of "pioneering the future of work styles," announces the establishment of a new plan, the "Collabo Flow Enterprise Plan," for its cloud workflow system "Collabo Flow."

Along with the establishment of the Enterprise Plan, some specifications of the "Premium Plan" have also been reviewed, and Collabo Flow will now operate under a three-plan system: "Standard Plan," "Premium Plan," and "Enterprise Plan."

**Background to the Establishment of the Enterprise Plan**

In recent years, the adoption of Collabo Flow by large and medium-sized enterprises has been increasing. Large organizations require diverse functionalities different from small and medium-sized enterprises, such as workflow integration with group companies and business partners, integration with external tools, and global compatibility. However, with the conventional plan structure, these functions were dispersed among options, making it a challenge to consolidate necessary functions and provide them in a way that meets diverse requirements.

The Enterprise Plan is designed as a higher-tier plan that comes standard with the functions demanded by large and medium-sized enterprises. The purpose is to clearly communicate that Collabo Flow is a service that large organizations can choose "easily and with confidence," leading to further recognition and expanded utilization.

Collabo Flow has been selected as No. 1 in customer satisfaction in the large enterprise category for 14 consecutive terms in the workflow system division of the "ITreview Category Report 2026 Spring," announced by "ITreview," one of Japan's largest IT product and SaaS review sites (※1). It has received high evaluations from large and medium-sized enterprises. With this plan refresh, we believe we can deliver the value of Collabo Flow to even more large and medium-sized enterprises.

**Main Features of the Enterprise Plan**

The Enterprise Plan offers all of the following functions as standard features:

- **Collabo Flow Connect**: Connects Collabo Flow between your company and other companies/group companies, enabling cross-corporate application and approval. - **Multilingual Support**: Supports English display. - **LINE WORKS Integration / Microsoft Teams Integration**: Allows notifications to chat communication tools in use and retrieval of application forms. - **Unlimited Storage**: Store large volumes of application documents and attached files without worrying about capacity.

**Changes to Premium Plan Specifications**

With the establishment of the Enterprise Plan, some specifications of the Premium Plan will be changed.

- **Collabo Flow Connect / Multilingual Support**: Previously included as standard features in the Premium Plan, these will become optional (paid) from June 1st. - **Storage Capacity**: Increased from 5GB/user to 10GB/user.
