andUS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Shinya Hirooka; hereinafter 'andUS') announces that the final call for entries for the '1st andUS × Taiyo Sports CUP Corporate Exchange Futsal Tournament' (to be held on May 16, 2026), jointly organized with Taiyo Sports Co., Ltd., will close on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 9:00 PM.

This tournament is a regional revitalization project with the concept of 'Making Toyama's business scene more vibrant,' aiming to create inter-corporate exchange across industries and sizes through sports. Since the announcements of the first and second rounds, we have received numerous applications and inquiries from companies in Toyama Prefecture, and the remaining spots are now limited. This is the final announcement, so companies considering participation are encouraged to apply early.

Furthermore, over 20 companies have already committed to participate, and it is expected to be one of the largest 'corporate exchange futsal tournaments' in Toyama (as of April 2026, according to our research). Assuming an average of less than 10 participants per team, the event could involve approximately 200 players alone, and potentially around 300 people including supporters and related personnel.

Date: Saturday, May 16, 2026, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Venue: Isaac Sports Dome (84 Yagiyama, Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture) - 3 covered artificial turf courts (held regardless of rain)

Organizers: andUS Co., Ltd. / Taiyo Sports Co., Ltd.

Participation Conditions: Corporate teams (minimum 3 company employees required, helpers allowed) / Minimum 5 players per team recommended (5-a-side game)

Participation Fees: Serious Division: ¥17,000 / team (tax excluded) Enjoy Division: ¥12,000 / team (tax excluded)

What is the 'andUS × Taiyo Sports CUP'?

This tournament is not just a futsal competition. It is a 'regional revitalization project' that provides a healthy environment for exchange through sports, allowing companies in Toyama to sweat together and foster new connections.

Beyond titles, departments, and companies. When you sweat together on the same field, a genuine relationship of trust is born. The main benefits of participating are as follows:

① Team Building Improved cohesion through team formation transcending departments and positions. Teamwork is nurtured in the process of aiming for victory.

Second Announcement: Luxurious Prizes

The second press release unveiled details of the luxurious prizes that will adorn the tournament, and a partial list of participating companies.

This tournament aims for inter-corporate exchange and regional revitalization in Toyama. Teams that support the purpose and enliven the tournament with excellent play will receive the following 'activity support' from the organizers and collaborating companies:

Championship Prize Money: Serious Division: ¥10,000 / Enjoy Division: ¥5,000

Special Prizes (for each division): Toyama Retreat Promotion Ambassador Invitation Slot (1-night stay voucher at an andUS-owned retreat facility, worth ¥140,000), Free invitation ticket to the andUS-operated eye salon 'eyedeal' (worth ¥10,000), etc.

*Awarded to both the Serious and Enjoy divisions.

Participation Prize: andUS brand 'BIOteA' mini bottle, Taiyo Sports 10% OFF coupon, etc.

*All participation fees will be allocated to operational costs such as venue setup fees, referee personnel costs, and insurance premiums. *Each supplementary prize is provided by the organizers and collaborating companies as part of the regional revitalization project.
