This work marks the world's first live-action adaptation of "Omegaverse," a genre that boasts immense popularity in the BL world. It depicts a story set in a world where, in addition to male and female, new gender classifications exist: Alpha (A), Beta (B), and Omega (O), which has captivated many fans.

In the Omegaverse world, in addition to male and female, there are three other genders:
