Due to venue space, if applications exceed capacity, a lottery will be held. We may not be able to accommodate everyone. To allow more people to participate, each person can participate only once. Please apply for your preferred date. CIO membership registration is required to apply. You will need to enter your CIO membership number on the application form, so please check your member number on your My Page in advance.

■ Notes for Participation

Alcoholic beverages are planned for those aged 20 and over. As the event is held in the evening, consent from a parent or guardian is mandatory for participants under 18. For safety management, age and identity verification may be required on the day. The event will be photographed and recorded for use on YouTube and social media. If you have concerns about being photographed, please inform the staff on the day. Please note that you may be visible in photos or videos taken by other attendees or the venue's overall recording.
