Background of Development
In recent years, AI utilization has moved beyond a niche for advanced companies or individuals and is now being demanded in earnest within management and back-office operations. However, information essential to corporate activities—such as accounting, labor, HR, sales, and marketing—remains fragmented across multiple tools and departments, often lacking sufficient integration.
As a corporate back-office firm specializing in accounting, tax, labor, HR, and management support, Conduct has faced these on-site challenges directly. We realized that simply introducing SaaS for individual tasks is insufficient; there is a need for an "AI-native management foundation" that spans the entire company's information to facilitate management decisions and daily operations.
Consequently, Conduct has developed three management systems simultaneously that leverage AI agents to bridge client support, HR/organizational management, and sales/marketing, all starting from the back-office.
