Background of Development
In recent years, AI utilization has moved beyond a select few advanced companies or individuals and is now being seriously demanded in management and back-office settings. However, information necessary for corporate activities—such as accounting, labor, HR, sales, and marketing—remains dispersed across multiple tools and departments, often lacking sufficient integration.
As a corporate back-office firm, Conduct has faced these on-site challenges firsthand. We realized that simply introducing SaaS for individual tasks is not enough; there is a need for an "AI-native management foundation" that spans the entire company's information to support management decisions and daily operations.
Consequently, Conduct has simultaneously developed three management systems that utilize AI agents to bridge client support, HR/organizational management, and sales/marketing, all starting from the back-office.
