Conduct Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yusuke Uenishi) hereby announces the self-development of three AI-native management systems that utilize AI agents to comprehensively support the information and operational workflows necessary for corporate management.

The three portals developed are: "PaLette," which handles accounting and labor client support; "ScoRe," which handles HR management; and "TAct," which handles marketing and sales management. Based on professional expertise in the back-office domain, we have redesigned management functions truly necessary for practical work, shaping a new form of management suitable for the AI era.

About Conduct Co., Ltd.
Conduct proposes a new approach to management by combining its expertise as a group of back-office professionals—covering accounting, tax, labor, human resources, and management support—with the utilization of AI agents. We aim to transition from a world where "only a talented few leverage AI" to a world where "organizations leverage AI to leave no one behind in the new AI era."

Background of Development
In recent years, AI utilization has moved beyond a select group of advanced companies and individuals into a phase where it is fully required in management and back-office settings. On the other hand, information necessary for business activities—such as accounting, labor, HR, sales, and marketing—is still often scattered across multiple tools and departments and is frequently not sufficiently integrated.

As a professional firm specializing in corporate back-office support including accounting, tax, labor, and HR, Conduct has faced these operational challenges. In doing so, we realized the need for an "AI-native management infrastructure" that not only implements SaaS for each task but also crosses over information across the entire company, usable for management decisions and daily operations.

Therefore, Conduct has utilized AI agents to simultaneously develop three management systems that, starting from the back office, span across client support, HR/organizational management, and sales/marketing.

What Was Actually Developed?
Conduct developed the following three AI-native management systems:

1. Accounting & Labor Client Support Portal "PaLette"
"PaLette" is a portal that centralizes client support in the accounting and labor fields. It is equipped with functions to support accounting and labor tasks, such as progress management of monthly closings, management of corporate and consumption tax interim payments, payroll calculation checks, management of various filing tasks, and withholding tax returns through e-Tax integration.
Additionally, it handles client communication support, invoice sending, contract management, project-specific labor management, and productivity/gross profit analysis, constructed to handle multiple tasks required in accounting firms and back-office support settings.

2. HR Management Portal "ScoRe"
This is a portal for organizing and managing information related to HR management, such as recruiting, talent management, personnel evaluations, and bonus calculations.
It integrates systems that were previously fragmented—such as ATS, talent management systems, and payroll—and unifies recruiting management, internal/external talent information, and evaluation data to support management information for building a more precise organization.

3. Marketing & Sales Management Portal "TAct"
This is a portal that aggregates data related to sales activities and marketing measures to support the grasp of indicators and situations necessary for business growth.
It handles various analytical tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), advertising, social media, and funnel data comprehensively, supporting the situational awareness and decision-making for marketing and sales activities. The structure prevents scattered numerical data and facilitates connection to information necessary for management.

This development is characterized by the construction of a management infrastructure that captures everything from accounting, labor, sales/marketing, to HR/organizational operation, rather than targeting just one area.

An Era Where Non-Engineers Can Develop AI-Native Tools with AI Agents
We aim for a world where everyone benefits from the systems created with AI, rather than a world where only those who can use AI become efficient.
In the past few months, AI coding agents such as Claude Code have spread rapidly, and successful cases are emerging where talented individuals fully utilize AI agents to maximize their individual productivity. Conduct aims for a "world where everyone can benefit from AI" that does not end with "individual optimization" by permeating the AI know-how created by individuals throughout the organization. We implement tools built with AI not just as productivity tools, but as the foundation of the organization's operations and culture. The users do not need AI knowledge. When you open the browser, all necessary information is there, and no one is left behind. Conversations about work using AI technology happen naturally everywhere in the company. We are aiming for such a worldview.
