Comunii Aims to Create a World Where Happy Connections Continue to Flourish

We support April Dream, which aims to make April 1st a day to share dreams. This press release is the dream of Comunii Inc.

### ■Background of the Dream Parenting can be extremely challenging when one tries to bear it all alone. On the other hand, the founder is currently experiencing firsthand through raising children that "parenting becomes enjoyable by helping and supporting each other" as children grow and surrounding people become involved.

We embarked on our business in February 2025 with the mission of "Realizing a world where happy connections continue to be born." The origin of this is the founder's experience serving as a PTA officer.

Drawing from the "connections and enjoyment born through activities" felt during their PTA experience, and with the desire to make PTA activities "a place where both officers and parents can connect comfortably and without strain," we created the PTA support tool "Comunii for PTA," a service that can be easily operated using LINE.

Schools that have adopted it support the fact that information dissemination can be completed solely through LINE, which parents are already familiar with, without needing to install a new app. Indeed, we have received feedback such as, "The burden has been lightened not only for officers but also for parents," and "It has turned into enjoyable activities that make people want to get involved."

By digitally streamlining operations that tend to be analog and person-dependent, and by establishing a system that can be operated with minimal burden, we are aiming for a sustainable society where communities, schools, and parents can support each other flexibly and without strain.

### ■Our Initiatives Comunii Inc. is working to solve PTA issues such as "uneven distribution of activity burdens" and "shortage of successors," while exploring "new forms of PTA suitable for the current era" amidst an ever-changing environment.

Through "Comunii for PTA," we will support the creation of a system that allows anyone to participate with a comfortable sense of distance, all from their smartphone.

- **"User Roundtables" aimed at supporting PTA officers** We provide a venue where current PTA officers gather to share real-world challenges and how they are using the service. Through these user roundtables, we offer opportunities for interaction among PTA officers nationwide.

- **Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry "Future Classroom" Educational Innovator Support Program (Edvation Open Lab: EOL)** Through this program, we are deepening our understanding of PTA challenges by engaging in dialogue with multiple educators and local government officials.

The exhibition booth at the final report meeting attracted many visitors, providing an opportunity to reaffirm the high level of societal interest in "solving PTA issues."

### ■Future Initiatives What we aim for is the realization of operations where each participant feels "it was worth doing," without being forced into demanding activities. Furthermore, we want to expand this system to communities other than PTAs.

Towards realizing that vision, we will sincerely address the challenges on the ground, implement solutions step by step, diligently and persistently.

We believe that beyond that accumulation lies a world where everyone can thrive as themselves within the local community, and happy connections continue to be born. That is the dream we envision.
