Last year, we set forth the dream of "A stress-free society with AI." This year, we present the dream of "Towards a society where anyone can take on challenges with AI." This further clarifies the same direction as last year, aiming for a society where more challenges are born by lowering the hurdles, and we are moving into a phase of "broadly benefiting customers and society, not just within the company."
First, we have significantly expanded the use of generative AI within our company. We have been strengthening our operational foundation, which does not rely on individual expertise, through optimal personnel allocation, immediate access to regulations and operational knowledge, and community activities for generative AI utilization driven by the field.
Furthermore, for our customers, we are engaged in supporting business transformation based on the utilization of data and AI, and supporting the next generation of generative AI utilization. We have also been strengthening our provision system in the AI domain to enhance the quality of support, considering everything from introduction to adoption.
AI is becoming integrated into our daily lives like "air," serving as a foundation that supports society and our lives. An era is approaching where it is used without conscious thought, functioning as a premise for all activities.
The time to access knowledge will be zero, the accuracy of judgment will be maximized, and the initial burden will be greatly reduced.
