Popular Voice Actors and Creators Gather on the Grand Stage

As part of the 'Kochi Anime Creator Sacred Site Project' promoted by Kochi Shinkin Bank in collaboration with local governments, the 'Kochi Anikuri Festival 2026' was held on April 11-12. The opening ceremony featured remarks by Governor Seiji Hamada and opening declarations by Hiroyuki Shibata (Shinkin Central Bank) and Kurumi Yamazaki (Kochi Shinkin Bank). The main stage hosted daily talk shows with star guests. The first day featured the production team of 'TRIGUN STARGAZE' and a 'Voice Actor Award 20th Anniversary Stage' with guests like Romi Park and Kikunosuke Toya. The second day featured popular voice actors including Jun Fukushima and Anne Yatou ('That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime'), Shuichiro Umeda and Ikumi Hasegawa ('Vigilante: My Hero Academia Illegals'), and Shoya Chiba and Akari Kito ('Classroom of the Elite'). A talk stage featuring director Ryo Fujii and Shuichi Miyawaki of Kaiyodo also deepened interactions with fans. The event concluded with the 'Cosplayers are Creators: World Cosplay Summit Special Stage,' featuring top cosplayers from Taiwan, Australia, Belgium, and Chile.
