This time, from Nippon Columbia's vast archive, a selection of exquisite songs that expand the concept of City Pop has been carefully chosen. Recorded in the late Showa era from 1974 to 1988, this selection transcends genre boundaries, including Kayokyoku, idol pop, folk, new wave, and fusion, purely pursuing a 'comfortable groove,' truly embodying the 'Pulse of Tokyo.'
