Colombin to Sell "Harajuku Honey Nouveau 2026" ~The Scent of Spring in Harajuku Delivered by Bees~

Colombin Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President: Jiro Abe, hereinafter: Colombin, URL: https://www.colombin.co.jp/) will begin accepting reservations for the multi-flower honey "Harajuku Honey Nouveau 2026" in a gift box from April 27 (Monday) at 9 Colombin shops and salons, and its own online shop, with sales starting on May 9 (Saturday).

Every year, we sell the season's first honey, harvested in late April, as "Harajuku Honey Nouveau." Collected from spring flowers such as cherry blossoms, rapeseed flowers, and wild strawberries blooming in the Harajuku area, including Yoyogi Park and Meiji Jingu Shrine, "Harajuku Honey Nouveau" features an elegant and splendid flavor. The harvested honey undergoes no heat treatment, delivering it fresh with its original nutritional components and rich aroma intact. The container used is a glass canister from the long-established German glass manufacturer, WECK. Honey in a stylish container that can also be enjoyed for after-use purposes is also perfect as a gift for loved ones. This year, to deliver "Harajuku Honey Nouveau" to more people, we will be selling it at all Colombin stores. Additionally, tasting sessions will be held at stores as soon as honey harvesting is complete (excluding some stores). Please feel free to visit us.

Our company has been involved in urban beekeeping since 2010. By raising bees in the Harajuku area, we contribute to local environmental conservation and spread awareness about the importance of bees, which play a crucial role in crop pollination. We are particularly focusing on educational activities for the next generation through school visits. The "Harajuku Honey" harvested in this way is used in our own Western confectionery, contributing to product development that allows customers to feel the blessings of the region and nature.
