The reality is that many companies outsource software development and lack the ability to create products with their own hands. We believe there is great potential here.

## Our Dream and the Future We Aim For

Code Chrysalis creates product teams within companies. This is not just about engineers. We foster the ability to create products as a balanced team, together with product managers and designers.

As the first step towards realizing this dream, we have developed a bootcamp program called CC Bootcamp, which trains product teams.

In-house development, not outsourcing. Creating value by thinking for oneself, rather than just building what is instructed. If such teams increase within companies, Japan's competitiveness will change significantly.
