Cocozas Co., Ltd. Relocates Headquarters to Nishi-Shimbashi | Launch of a New Hub to Accelerate Business Growth

Cocozas Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yoshito Ando) has relocated its headquarters to Nishi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, effective Wednesday, April 8, 2026, accompanying the acceleration of business growth and organizational expansion.

Along with the expansion of our business domains—including the nationwide rollout of the vacation rental brand 'COCO VILLA', the launch of the comprehensive vacation rental platform '& VILLA', and the expansion of the vacation rental co-ownership model 'COCO VILLA Owners'—our organization has also grown steadily.

The background to this relocation is the expansion of our operational base with a view to realizing a 100-person system, up from our current 49-person structure.

About the New Office The new office consists of two floors: the 3rd floor houses the headquarters functions, and the 6th floor features a shared lounge and dedicated conference rooms.

The 3rd floor is an open floor integrating marketing, sales, and back-office operations, creating an environment that facilitates cross-departmental collaboration. It also features a large LED vision screen and ample locker space.

The 6th floor utilizes the floor of 'WAW SVAX Nishi-Shimbashi Building', a membership-based shared office operated by NSKRE. In addition to the shared lounge, dedicated conference room space is secured.

It is a calm space unified in dark tones, featuring large windows overlooking the city center. We will use it as a venue for internal and external meetings and business negotiations.
