Earth hacks, a platform for co-creating decarbonization services, partnered with Kanagawa Prefecture for the 'Kanagawa CO2CO2 Point+' campaign, which ran from October to December 2025. The campaign awarded bonus points for purchasing products with lower CO2 emissions during production, distribution, and usage. Approximately 986,020 people participated, achieving a total CO2 reduction of 500.9 tons. In response to these results, a guideline for point-based decarbonization initiatives was published to support other municipalities and businesses.
