Lin Hong-xian Arrives Late to All-Star Presser, Eyes APBC and Campaigns for Chen Yong-ji

The CPBL All-Star Game press conference was held today, with representatives from all six teams attending. Lin arrived during the post-conference media session and joined for the group photo. This year's All-Star Game features 'TEAM STAR' and 'TEAM TAIWAN,' the latter serving as a core for the year-end Asia Professional Baseball Championship (APBC). APBC eligibility is restricted to players under 24 or with less than three years of professional experience, with three wildcard spots per team. The 20-year-old Lin is eligible and stated that if selected, it would be a great opportunity to compete against international players. Lin also urged fans to vote for Uni-Lions players and 42-year-old veteran Chen Yong-ji, who is retiring at the end of this season.
