Following a robbery-murder in Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture, where a 69-year-old woman was killed and her two sons injured, police have made another arrest. Four teenagers, all aged 16, were previously arrested on suspicion of carrying out the crime, allegedly incited by others. Police are investigating the case as a potential "tokuryu" (anonymous and fluid) organized crime. Today, police arrested a 28-year-old man from Kanagawa Prefecture at Haneda Airport, believed to be an instigator, as he was attempting to flee the country from the international terminal. This brings the total number of arrests in the case to five.
