Two AIERLI cosmetic clinics in Taipei have been suspended for six months and fined after being implicated in a hidden camera scandal. The Taipei City Department of Health found a hidden camera at the Da'an branch and traces of removed cameras at other locations, including the Nanjing branch. Mayor Chiang Wan-an confirmed the suspension, citing severe violations of patient privacy. The clinics faced fines totaling NT$1.25 million for breaching medical regulations and unauthorized fee structures.
