Benefiting from the rebound in global capital markets and easing geopolitical tensions, Taiwan's top six life insurance companies saw a significant recovery in April. Their combined after-tax net profit reached NT$60.154 billion for the month, bringing the total for the first four months to NT$125.556 billion, a 215% year-on-year increase. The growth was driven by asset valuation recovery and stable CSM amortization.
