(CNA, Taipei, 6th) Auden Techno Corp. announced on behalf of its subsidiary, AUDEN TECHNO (BVI) CORPORATION, a capital increase of USD 4 million in its Vietnamese grand-subsidiary, AUDEN TECHNO VIETNAM CO.,LTD. The main purpose is to support the group's operational expansion, diversify production bases, and meet long-term business development needs.

As of the end of last year, Auden's subsidiary, AUDEN TECHNO (BVI) CORPORATION, had an investment balance of approximately NT$146 million in AUDEN TECHNO VIETNAM CO.,LTD.

Auden's main businesses include wireless communications, instrument and equipment sales, and intelligent 5G millimeter-wave technologies. It provides one-stop design and development services, ranging from wireless communication equipment certification and antenna and module technology development to mass production. 1150506
