His breathalyzer reading was 0.59 mg/L, and the case was sent for legal processing.

Additionally, around 7:00 PM on April 29, a special police task force, after days of evidence collection, raided an illegal professional mahjong gambling den with a search warrant when the time was right. They arrested the 32-year-old female operator, Kuo, and 12 gamblers on the spot, seizing over NT$180,000 in gambling funds and gambling equipment.
