The Zuoying Precinct of the Kaohsiung City Police Department told the Central News Agency today that the woman surnamed Huang, her daughter Ms. Liu, and her son-in-law traveled south from central Taiwan to Kaohsiung. While the three were walking on Junxiao Road in Zuoying, they were struck by a car driven by Mr. Huang.
