(Tainan, Central News Agency reporter Chang Jung-hsiang, 30th) A 55-year-old man surnamed Wang in Tainan City was dissatisfied with the noise made by his 42-year-old tenant, a man surnamed Su, while using the bathroom in January this year. After an argument, Wang stabbed Su to death with a knife. The Tainan District Prosecutors Office today concluded the investigation and indicted Wang on murder charges, transferring the case to the Tainan District Court, where it will be heard by a specialized citizen judge panel.

The Tainan Prosecutors Office today stated that both Wang (currently in custody) and Su were tenants in a building in Xinzhi District, Tainan City, sharing a common bathroom with other tenants. Around 1 AM on January 29th, Wang became upset about the noise Su made while using the bathroom, and the two had an argument.

Wang then used a switchblade knife to stab Su at the bathroom door, causing 16 sharp force injuries to his head and neck, 12 to his left chest, 1 to his right chest, 4 to his left upper limb, 2 to his right upper limb, 2 to his left lower limb, and 1 to the back of his genitals. Su died from multiple incised and stab wounds, which caused laceration of neck blood vessels and a penetrating heart wound, leading to massive hemorrhage with hemopneumothorax, resulting in hypovolemic shock.
