(Central News Agency reporter Chang Chien-chung, Hsinchu, 29th) Remote server management chip manufacturer Aspeed announced today that it will participate in the OCP EMEA Summit held in Barcelona, Spain, from April 29th to 30th, to showcase a new solution for simplifying data center management.

Aspeed pointed out that the new solution to be showcased combines the AST2700 remote server management chip with the AST1030 auxiliary management chip, presenting an OBMF-ICP technology architecture transmitted via USB.

Aspeed stated that the AST1030 auxiliary management chip can work collaboratively with major remote server management chips, extending powerful management functions to peripheral modules and accelerators, ensuring comprehensive system monitoring.

Aspeed pointed out that the OBMF-ICP solution transmitted via USB integrates multiple fragmented traditional legacy interfaces into a high-speed single USB connection interface, which not only simplifies physical design but also significantly enhances the communication scalability between the remote server management chip and downstream key components such as system management controllers and high-performance accelerator modules.
