(Central News Agency, Taipei, April 28) Foxconn announced today that its subsidiary, Ingrasys (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., invested 22.9 million US dollars to acquire shares in its Vietnamese subsidiary, FULIAN PRECISION TECHNOLOGY COMPONENT COMPANY LIMITED, for long-term investment.

Including this transaction, Foxconn Group's cumulative investment in FULIAN PRECISION TECHNOLOGY COMPONENT COMPANY LIMITED amounts to 677,965,685 US dollars, with a shareholding ratio of 100%. 1150428
