(CNA Reporter, Taipei, 24th) Semiconductor packaging firm Tong Hsing Electronic announced today that its subsidiary, TONG HSING ELECTRONICS PHILS.INC., will expand its plant facilities, with a total construction contract amount of 1.17 billion pesos (excluding tax, approximately NT$600 million).

Tong Hsing Electronic pointed out that TONG HSING ELECTRONICS PHILS.INC. plans to expand the plant by leasing land and commissioning construction, which will be used for production and operations.

Tong Hsing Electronic previously announced that the board of directors of TONG HSING ELECTRONICS PHILS.INC. resolved to conduct a cash capital increase, with a total amount of approximately 97.76 million pesos (about NT$51.54 million).
