US-Iran Peace Talks Stall, European Stocks Mostly Close Lower

London's FTSE 100 index fell 19.45 points, or 0.19%, to close at 10,457.01 points.

Frankfurt's DAX index dropped 39.45 points, or 0.16%, to close at 24,155.45 points.
