(CNA Reporter Chung Jung-feng, Taipei, 16th) Foundry leader TSMC stated today that regarding special chemicals and gases, including helium and hydrogen, TSMC has diverse pipelines to obtain resources, maintains safe inventories, and ensures stable supply, which will not affect operations in the short term.

TSMC held an online institutional investors conference this afternoon. Energy supply is stable and sufficient, and energy supply will not cause any interruption or impact on TSMC's operations in the short term.

Speaking of the supply status of raw materials and energy, he pointed out that TSMC has established a complete risk management system to identify and evaluate various related risks, and has proactively adopted risk response strategies in raw material supply.

Huang stated that TSMC's strategy is to continue developing diversified supply source programs, establishing globally diversified supply relationships, and strengthening the localized supply chain.

Regarding special chemicals and gases (including helium and hydrogen), Huang pointed out that TSMC has obtained resources from multiple suppliers in different regions and maintains safe inventories to ensure stable supply. TSMC is also working closely with suppliers to enhance the resilience and continuity of the supply chain. It is expected that raw material supply will not affect TSMC's operations in the short term.
