Kaohsiung Daliao: Car Windows Smashed by Roadside, Police Identify Cyclist Suspect

Kaohsiung City Police Bureau, Linyuan Precinct, received a report yesterday afternoon that a car window of a vehicle parked in a roadside parking spot in Daliao District, Jixi Road, was broken. After reviewing surveillance footage from the scene and surrounding areas, police discovered that a male cyclist was active nearby during the time of the incident and exhibited abnormal behavior towards the parked vehicles ahead. Through continuous investigation and expanded review of surveillance monitors, police confirmed that a total of three vehicles were struck by this cyclist, with the window of one vehicle being damaged. The Linyuan Precinct stated that they are currently expanding the review of surrounding surveillance video and pursuing the suspect to clarify the case and related responsibilities.
