Today's test flight event at Hengchun Airport, featuring five ultralight aircraft flying directly from the Jiehao Airfield in Gaoshu, northern Pingtung to Hengchun Airport, kicked off the annual series of activities.
The department explained that this year's main opening event and inaugural tour will be held at Hengchun Airport from June 12 to 14. The diverse program includes ultralight aircraft co-piloting experiences, static displays of military helicopters and light aircraft, drone soccer experiences, and children's camps. It combines interactive technology with family participation to create an entertaining and educational travel experience.
