Taipei, April 15 (CNA) The Taipei Exchange (OTC) today disclosed the board remuneration information for OTC-listed companies in 2025. Excluding additional employee remuneration, cleanroom manufacturer Saint-Fun led with approximately NT$22.51 million per director, making it the only company to break the NT$20 million mark.

In addition, 10 companies had board remuneration exceeding NT$10 million. The second highest amount was gaming stock king IGS, and the third highest was financial stock Yuanta Futures, at NT$18.25 million and NT$13.46 million respectively.

The remaining seven companies with board remuneration exceeding NT$10 million were, in order: semiconductor module company ADATA, financial firm Conning Securities, construction material and construction company Asia Pacific, semiconductor test manufacturer Ardentec, semiconductor wafer foundry Vanguard International Semiconductor, plastics industry company Shin Li, and chemical industry company Everlight Chemical.

Furthermore, according to the explanation of the correlation and reasonableness between the company's consolidated after-tax profit and changes in board remuneration, 22 OTC-listed companies, including Everlight Chemical, Dabon Protein, and G.B.T. Inc., saw their profits decline but their board remuneration increase.

The Taipei Exchange pointed out that subsequent board resolutions may differ, leading to estimation differences from the board remuneration announced this time. Therefore, both the annual report for shareholders' meetings and the board remuneration announced this time are proposed figures, and the actual figures will be announced at the end of January 2027.
