The Guanxi Township Office provided news materials today, stating that to alleviate the financial burden on residents, they are drafting the "Hsinchu County Guanxi Township Self-Governance Ordinance for Strengthening Local Resilience and Promoting Development in Response to International Situations." Eligibility for the fund will be for those registered in Guanxi Township on or before the day of the resolution's approval and who have not moved out before the start of distribution.
