Chang Li-shan stated that to expand investment capacity, the county government is promoting the overall layout of the '9+1 Industrial Park,' covering fields such as smart machinery, green energy industry, cold chain logistics, and aquaculture value-added, providing enterprises with diverse and complete development space to create a competitive industrial ecosystem. Regarding investment conditions, Chang Li-shan said that Yunlin has the advantages of 'no shortage of water, no shortage of electricity, and no shortage of talent,' including stable water supply, sufficient green energy generation, and local universities cultivating a large number of professional talents annually, which is sufficient to support long-term industrial development. In addition, through the Mailiao South Public Pier, international logistics are connected, effectively reducing corporate transportation costs and improving export efficiency. She said that the ASEAN market is growing rapidly, and Taiwanese businesses have long cultivated deep strength, which is an important force for Taiwan's global industrial layout.
