Zhuo Jinglun stated that 'My Warm Day' has achieved the goal of 1000 stores nationwide just before its 40th anniversary, and these 1000 stores represent the realization of 1000 local entrepreneurial dreams.

The 1000th 'My Warm Day' store, located near Taichung's Chung Shan Medical University, recently opened. Zhuo Jinglun emphasized that reaching 1000 stores is not the final goal but the beginning of the next stage. They aim to build a more complete franchise platform, use data for precise customer service, and aspire to have one 'My Warm Day' store for every 10,000 people in Taiwan.

Zhuo Jinglun indicated that the company's target is to reach 2000 stores, meaning roughly one 'My Warm Day' for every four convenience stores. The current expansion speed is an average of 100 to 150 new stores per year, including relocations and replacements. They also hope existing franchisees will open multiple stores within their current districts and utilize AI for site selection and operational efficiency.

He mentioned that the remaining untapped areas for 'My Warm Day' in Taiwan are primarily new residential areas and business districts. Furthermore, with TSMC's expansion in Taiwan confirmed from 2027 to 2030, 'My Warm Day' will target business opportunities around TSMC's factory sites and aims for in-factory presence.

Zhuo Jinglun also stated that surpassing 1000 stores this year is a milestone of 'unified text, same track' (書同文、車同軌). They use a single POS system, and over 1 million members can share data, allowing them to leverage the digital transformation and member economy. Regarding raw material price increases, he noted that 'My Warm Day' evaluates price adjustments approximately every six months, and has a 3 to 5-month inventory of raw materials. He also believes that the 'My Warm Day' brand has no plans for overseas expansion because breakfast fast-food brands are unique globally and are products of Taiwan's food culture developed in the 1980s, making them difficult to replicate abroad. Moreover, 'My Warm Day' offers over 100 menu items, which would require significant simplification for internationalization. 'Fried Chicken Great Lion' is more suitable for overseas expansion and will be the next growth driver.
