Taipei, June 30 (CNA) China Airlines announced today that it is partnering with a renowned donut shop for a limited-time pop-up event at its Taoyuan Airport lounges. Until July 13, two time slots will be available daily, and the two parties plan to launch more dessert collaborations in the future.
GooDonut, founded by entertainer Ah Ken, has become a sensation, with long queues of customers lining up to buy their donuts daily since its opening.
China Airlines issued a press release today stating that it is exclusively collaborating with GooDonut. Three classic flavors – custard, chocolate, and pistachio – will be available in exclusive areas of the China Airlines lounges at Taoyuan Airport's Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The donuts will be offered in limited quantities daily for two weeks, with service times at 2 PM and 8 PM.
China Airlines stated that its Diamond and Emerald members, along with eligible accompanying guests, can enjoy the limited GooDonut donuts. The airline and the donut shop also plan to introduce more dessert collaborations in the future. (Editor: Kuan Chung-wei) 1150630
