The Taiwan men's gymnastics team concluded the 2026 Asian Gymnastics Championships held in Guizhou, China, with a total of one gold and two bronze medals. A major achievement of the tournament was the team's fifth-place finish, which secured their qualification for the upcoming World Championships in October.

On the final day of the individual apparatus finals, Tang Chia-hung secured the gold medal in the men's horizontal bar event with a score of 15.500, successfully defending his title. Earlier in the competition, Lee Chih-kai earned a bronze medal in the pommel horse, marking his first medal at the Asian Championships. Additionally, Hung Yuan-hsi contributed another bronze medal in the parallel bars, scoring 13.800.

Coach Lin Yu-hsin expressed satisfaction with the team’s performance, noting that the primary objective of qualifying for the World Championships was achieved. Lin commended the veterans for their perseverance and highlighted the progress shown by the younger team members, describing the overall results as highly successful given the competitive pressure.
