(Central News Agency, reporter Pan Chih-yi, Taipei, June 9) The 'Taiwan Excellence Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Overseas Business Opportunities Alliance Assembly' was grandly held today at the AIDC Xiangyuan Base. President Lai Ching-te personally attended and inspected the event. Thunder Tiger Technology showcased its research and development achievements in drones and unmanned surface vessels at the venue, explaining to the President its deployment and competitive strength in national defense, smart vehicles, and the international market.

President Lai emphasized today that promoting the drone industry is a major national policy and expressed deep concern over the Legislative Yuan's complete deletion of funding for drone development. President Lai called for continued joint efforts from all sectors of society and hoped for the swift passage of the total budget.

Thunder Tiger Technology issued a press release today stating that as an important member of Taiwan's national drone team and the first company in Asia to obtain the US Department of Defense's Blue UAS certification, it has passed the first phase of the US Department of Defense's Drone Dominance Program (DDP) and secured orders. It is currently competing in the second phase. Thunder Tiger displayed multiple results of independent research and international cooperation at the venue, attracting high attention from the President and attending guests.

During the exhibition, Thunder Tiger Technology specifically briefed the President on its recent deployment results in national defense, smart vehicles, and the international market. The most notable exhibits included the Overkill Series FPV attack drone series, which has been selected for the US Department of Defense's Blue UAS certification list, and its accompanying Fiber Optics guidance and control system. This system possesses anti-electronic jamming capabilities, effectively meeting the needs of modern battlefield environments, and demonstrating the competitive strength of Taiwan's drone industry in entering the international high-end market.

Additionally, Thunder Tiger showcased a Bomb Dropping UAV System developed in cooperation with Israel. Through international technical collaboration, the vehicle's mission execution capabilities are enhanced, strengthening diverse operational application scenarios and providing long-endurance, high-efficiency solutions to meet national defense and commercial market demands.

Another highlight at the venue was Thunder Tiger's independently developed 'Iron Triangle' loitering munition drone, the PapaDelta (PD-136), dubbed the 'Taiwanese version of LUCAS'. This model utilizes aluminum alloy stamping technology, combining the advantages of lightweight construction, low cost, and mass production. It can be applied to expendable drone and swarm warfare concepts.

In addition to aerial vehicles, Thunder Tiger also exhibited an aluminum alloy Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV), demonstrating a complete deployment from the air to the sea in the unmanned vehicle field. Through independent development and system integration capabilities, Thunder Tiger has established a technical foundation for the coordinated operation of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and USVs.

Thunder Tiger recently signed an MOU with US defense giant Shield AI to integrate the Hivemind AI system. This can support smart maritime defense, port patrol, and multi-vehicle collaborative mission requirements.

Thunder Tiger Technology stated that it will continue to promote its 'Taiwan R&D, International Market' strategy, actively cooperate with international partners from the US, Europe, and Israel, enhance the visibility of Taiwan's unmanned vehicle industry by participating in the global supply chain and international defense projects, and work with domestic and international supply chain partners to build Taiwan into a key base for the global unmanned vehicle supply chain.
