(Central News Agency, Reporter Wu Jiahao, Taipei, June 9) Motion-simulation equipment maker Brogent Technologies held its annual shareholders' meeting today. The management team stated that, benefiting from the continued growth in global demand for immersive entertainment, order momentum has significantly strengthened since Q4 last year. Orders in the first half of this year grew five times compared to the same period last year. As of Q2, Brogent has successively secured multiple large-scale motion-simulation amusement equipment orders in regions including the United States, Vietnam, and the Middle East.

Brogent issued a press release explaining that the global entertainment market has been heating up since Q4 last year. Brogent's order intake in Q1 this year hit a record high, and revenue was the highest for a first quarter in five years. This growth trend continued into Q2, and Brogent has accumulated multiple international large-scale project contracts to date.

Brogent stated that it has entered the supply chain of large chain theme parks in the Americas market and will introduce two sets of motion-simulation amusement equipment. In the Middle East market, it has accumulated five bids for large-scale motion-simulation equipment. Benefiting from the local government's active promotion of the 'Vision 2030' plan, investment in tourism and entertainment infrastructure is progressing steadily, with multiple new theme parks and large-scale tourism development projects continuously underway.

In the Asian market, Brogent signed a contract with a Vietnamese customer for eight sets of large-scale immersive entertainment equipment, reflecting the rapid growth in demand for immersive experiences in emerging markets.

To cope with order growth and increased demand for large-scale projects, Brogent continues to expand production capacity and strengthen manufacturing capabilities. The total floor area of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Qiaoke plant is planned to exceed 10,000 ping (approx. 33,000 square meters). Phase 1 of the plant began mass production in May.

Brogent stated that the Qiaoke plant incorporates automated production processes and proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) dynamic simulation technology, effectively improving the design, manufacturing, and testing efficiency of large-scale motion-simulation equipment. Overall production capacity is expected to increase by 4 to 5 times, serving as a key production base for digesting current orders and supporting large-scale international projects.

Regarding the market's focus on the acquisition of the immersive flying theater brand Flyover Attractions, Brogent stated that the transaction is expected to close in Q3 this year. The purpose of this acquisition is to expand its global immersive entertainment布局, extending from its existing foundation in flying theaters, motion-simulation equipment, and system engineering integration to more comprehensive immersive entertainment solutions.

Brogent's shareholders' meeting today also completed the election of the 9th Board of Directors. Ouyang Zhihong, Chen Zhiquan, Huang Xiaomei, and Zheng Senhao were elected as directors. Li Mingxian, Liu Zhipeng, Qiu Riqing, and Lin Gengxin were elected as independent directors. After the shareholders' meeting, the new directors convened an interim board meeting and elected the 9th Chairman. Brogent founder Ouyang Zhihong was appointed as the Chairman.
