Delight Industrial Remits NT$93.99 Million for Indonesia Factory Construction

Textile manufacturer Delight Industrial announced that it has remitted US$3 million (approximately NT$93.99 million) today to meet the factory construction needs of its subsidiary, PT DELIGHT INDUSTRIAL INDONESIA. Delight Industrial's board of directors resolved on May 9, 2025, to authorize the chairman to handle the investment in the Indonesian subsidiary within a limit of NT$280 million. According to the company's announcement, it remitted US$1.1 million (approx. NT$33.46 million) on October 27 last year and US$1 million (approx. NT$31.4 million) on March 2 this year; this is the third remittance. PT DELIGHT INDUSTRIAL INDONESIA is a subsidiary 99.59% owned by Delight Industrial, with the remaining 0.41% held by its subsidiary, Delight Samoa Holdings.
