PTS Kids Visits Matsu for Educational Outreach, Focusing on Child Safety and Education

CNA (Taipei, June 1) The PTS Kids educational project is touring across Taiwan. Recently, hosts of children's programs, including Wang Po-yuan, Brother Xiao-Yue, Yan Ba, Lin Szu-yu, and Hu Zi, visited Matsu to engage with teachers and students on topics such as life education, human rights education, marine education, and safety education.
As part of the 'Matsu Week' event co-organized by PTS Kids and the Lienchiang County Government, a special screening of the 'PTS Kids Pocket Film Festival' was held on May 30. Golden Bell Award-winning host Wang Po-yuan shared his deep impression of the sincere interaction with the children, stating, 'Having the opportunity to come to Matsu and accompany the children is a very happy thing; my heart is truly warmed.'
Public Television Service (PTS) has long focused on the development of children's education and officially established the PTS Children's Education Resource Website in 2022. Upholding the spirit of promoting high-quality children's video content across Taiwan, the project has reached nearly 10,000 teachers and students to date. The ad-free video content serves as a helpful tool for teachers to integrate into their lesson plans.
The PTS Kids educational project has toured all over Taiwan, reaching as far as Alishan in Chiayi and Jibei Island in Penghu, aiming to build a bridge of dialogue with the public through the depth of its programs.
