ASE Leads Taiwan Listed Companies with Average Annual Salary of NT$6.28 Million; TSMC Ranks 7th

Central News Agency (Taipei, June 1) The Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) announced today the compensation information for all employees of Taiwanese listed companies for 2025. ASE Technology Holding Co. (ASE) topped the list with an average annual salary of NT$6.282 million, marking a significant 40% increase compared to 2024. TSMC's average employee salary last year was NT$4.093 million, a 22.9% year-on-year increase, placing it 7th. Other companies in the top 10 for average salary last year included ASMedia (2nd, NT$5.657 million), Global Brands Manufacture (3rd, NT$4.872 million), MediaTek (4th, NT$4.599 million), Realtek (5th, NT$4.512 million), Lien Hwa (6th, NT$4.298 million), AVC (8th, NT$3.91 million), Kangpei (9th, NT$3.82 million), and Airoha (10th, NT$3.709 million). Overall, the average salary for all employees of Taiwanese listed companies in 2025 was NT$1.456 million, a 6.6% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Among the 988 listed companies, approximately 60% saw an increase in average salary last year.
