The Fourth Precinct of the Taichung City Police Department stated today that videos circulating on the 30th showed a car driving dangerously at the intersection of Zhongyong Road and Xiangshang Road in Nantun District, and near the intersection of Taiwan Boulevard and Fushun Road in Xitun District, seriously endangering the safety of other road users and sparking public concern.
