The Ma Ying-jeou Foundation filed a criminal complaint against former employees Hsiao Hsu-tsen and Wang Kuang-tzu on the 29th. The investigation team pointed out that according to a board resolution on March 27, the team was to report its findings to the board for discussion before any action was taken. However, the foundation's personnel held a press conference to reject the investigation's conclusions without reporting to the board, ignoring the board as the highest authority. The investigation team stated that even if the action was claimed to be under the chairman's instruction, it was unauthorized and violated board resolutions. The team has completed its task and will cooperate with judicial investigations.
