Tsing Hua University Graduation: Coach Tseng Hao-chu Encourages Graduates to 'Use Failure as Nutrient for Success'

National Tsing Hua University held its graduation ceremony on the 30th. Rakuten Monkeys manager Tseng Hao-chu, invited as a guest speaker, encouraged graduates by stating, 'The bigger the dream, the greater the trials. Only by using failure as a nutrient can you accumulate the strength for success.' Tseng cited the Taiwan team's performance in the 2024 WBSC Premier12 as an example of overcoming adversity through persistence. President Kao Wei-yuan also addressed the graduates, saying, 'The best way to predict the future is to create it yourself,' and urged them to move forward with curiosity and courage. This year, over 6,600 students graduated across bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs.
