The report notes that China is using infiltration to manipulate social consciousness, replacing physical warfare. Since 2015, China has institutionalized its intelligence systems, and the 2023 Anti-Espionage Law has increased legal risks for those visiting China. The report also highlights that Taiwan faces over a million cyberattacks daily from China, describing Taiwan's internet as a battlefield.
