Background of Affiliation CLINKS has been supporting corporate DX (Digital Transformation) based on four pillars: IT outsourcing, system development, AI services, and education and training. In recent years, with the development of generative AI, business methods and operational structures have evolved significantly, and as an AI DRIVEN COMPANY, we are committed to creating new value through the utilization of AI.

Our approach is to "practice in-house, systematize technology and know-how, and support customers' AI utilization from development to human resource development," and we are promoting the following specific initiatives:

Main Initiatives for AI Utilization at CLINKS ① Company-wide AI Human Resource Development By June 2025, 1,030 generative AI passport holders will be achieved, with almost all employees holding basic qualifications. Acquisition by all levels, including the president, executives, and managers, has been realized, and systematic skill development is promoted through over 50 in-house training sessions annually. Four skill levels, from AI literacy (basic) to AI architect (advanced designer), are defined, and staged development is implemented.

② Construction of a Secure AI Utilization Platform The internally developed generative AI chat tool "Nareful Chat" has been introduced company-wide, realizing AI utilization in a secure environment. AI governance is thoroughly enforced through regular security audits and training. In practical operations, development work efficiency has improved by approximately 200%, and 153 AI utilization cases have been created per month (as of February 2026), demonstrating concrete results.

③ AI Utilization Support for Client Companies Utilizing our in-house practical knowledge, we provide corporate generative AI chat service "Nareful Chat," data preparation support service "Generative AI Ready," and "Generative AI Reskilling Course" eligible for subsidies. We offer total support from introduction to operation and establishment.
