Adoption of 'Atleta' as a Digital Foundation for Japan Deaf Football Association Activities

Climb Factory Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), which develops the athlete data management and team communication platform 'Atleta', announced that 'Atleta' has been introduced by the Japan Deaf Football Association (hereafter, JDFA) as a condition management and information sharing tool for the team's strengthening activities.

The Japan Deaf Football Association is active with the aim of popularizing deaf football and futsal and improving competitive performance, and is promoting team strengthening with the goal of achieving success in international tournaments such as the Deaflympics. Furthermore, JDFA's vision is that through deaf football, deaf, hard-of-hearing, and hearing people can mutually trust and support each other, becoming a model for an inclusive society in Japan, and realizing a society where everyone involved with the association resonates.

This tool is scheduled to be utilized in the strengthening activities of the deaf football men's and women's teams, and the deaf futsal men's and women's teams.

Creating an environment where hearing-impaired athletes can engage in competition with peace of mind and devising ways to share information are considered important. In team activities, because athletes who are active across the country gather for training camps and activities, there is a challenge in that it is difficult to grasp daily condition statuses and training contents in advance.

Also, for training camps held over a short period, grasping the conditioning status and training intensity before the camp is important in order to obtain the maximum training effect within a limited time.

Given this background, the Japan Deaf Football Association introduced 'Atleta' as a tool to manage conditions and share training status prior to camps, as an initiative to maximize training camp performance.

Furthermore, through daily condition recording and training management, it will also lead to raising athletes' own awareness of health management and self-management, making it an initiative that supports activities from both the perspectives of improving competitive performance and athlete development.

Purpose of Introducing Atleta

To advance team strengthening activities more effectively, the Japan Deaf Football Association will utilize Atleta for the following purposes:

Grasping Conditions Before Training Camps By recording and sharing health and conditions before camps, athletes' states can be grasped in advance and utilized for training plans during the camps.

Sharing and Managing Training Intensity By grasping daily training status and intensity, it is useful for load management and training design during camps.

Maximizing Training Camp Performance By providing guidance based on athletes' conditions and training status, the goal is to create an environment where maximum performance can be demonstrated within the limited camp period.

Improving Athletes' Own Self-Management Awareness Through daily condition management and recording, the purpose is to raise athletes' own awareness of health management and training.
